Keeping you and your little ones safe

Rules of play

These rules cover safety and our hygiene promise

To help keep our equipment in great condition, we ask you and your little ones to adhere to the following:

Remove shoes, badges, jewellery and any other sharp or abrasive items before playing
We recommend to remove childrens glasses where possible
Socks should be worn for hygiene reasons
No food or drink should be consumed on or around the equipment
No animals should be allowed on or near the equipment

To ensure the safety of your little ones, we ask you to agree to the following:

The equipment is designed for children 4 and under and should not be used by adults or children older than 5.
Children should be supervised at all times whilst using the equipment by an adult aged 18 years or older.
The matting should not be moved once set up and balls should be kept in the ball pond at all times where possible. All soft play shapes should also remain on the matting.
Children should be discouraged from putting balls or other objects in their mouths.
